Self Service Portal
Following the successful Automotive Cable Configurator solution we designed and created for our Client Rosenberger Group -
we were awarded 2 other projects, one of which was the Rosenberger Self-Service Portal, so customers can access invoices, shipment tracking, downloads, orders, and AI-assisted support in one centralized experience.

Zusammenfassung.
This is a project i worked on for Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken Consultants and their customers.
After VR-Bank Consultants had meetings or consultation sessions with their customers, it was critical to have a conversation summary page with all notes taken, web links, essential banking documents shared during session and the possibility to create follow-up appointments where necessary.

So this was a personal project I was contracted to work on focused on designing an educational app for 11–16-year-old students in the UK, making learning and career guidance simple, fun, and engaging through interactive courses and accessible content.
I was the sole UX/UI Designer and Researcher, leading the design and research process from concept to final solution.
